this is an excellent project. I have seen their municipal plans they have all the required permission. Apart from 2 doors which is allowed by law and they clearly mention before booking, amenties they provide is far better than other projects. they even provide comparision chart to prove this. Speed of work is also fast. recommend you visit the site directly. they giving possession very soon.
This project is frod. They have permissions only for 1RK & by combining 2RK they are selling as 2BHK. When went to see the flat they said we have to go for 2 agreement & 2 electricity meter. If you want to sell out your flat no will buy it. They are hiding this thing from me but after looking many door i asked them this.
HI Debanjan, I found the project good, i will not say excellent but this is at a good location. The property is under construction and will be ready only by 2016-17.. so its a long term investment as of now.. The area has other projects from known developers as well and expect construction activities here for the next 4-5 years at least.. so ill put this as along term investment project rather than end use.
Hi, i guess the BSP is around Rs 7000-7500 per sqft but these rates are always negotiable at least a little bit so you can speak to the dealers at the time of booking and try to get the lowest rate.
