As per your statement it seems that Albacitta is not worth investing. Do you have any info regrading other good projects at same location.

Hi Rohit,
I did some investigation about the builder and it was positive overall. As far as my knowledge is concerned you need to be very clear on all the agreement between you and the builder. Probably, ask for draft copy of agreement. Also, you can ask for interest for the money paid till said possession date if you don't get the possession actually.
