Q: sir i have taken a property in Bilekalhalli near Shanti nikethan school thaT IS C AND P property how is the area and i have paid 50lks including all charges also the builder is furnished two wardrobes and kitchen how is the deal i have gone through your add i i fell its too much for 1160 sq feet

Bilekahalli is slowly and gradually developing but it need some time to be fully developed. The area has good schools and hospitals so if you are planning for end use then I think it is okay.... but you are buy a property for investment purpose then you have to wait for some time for appreciation.
