Q: I am thinking of investing in TVH Vista Heights. Just want to get a quick review of how Trichy road is as a locality. It’s proximity to to other places, roads, and other amenities like restaurants, banks, etc in the area. Thanks.
Yes, this flyover has been pending for a long time now and but I think it is a Road Over Birdge and not a flyover. It has been a dream project and the residents of this area also wanted a bridge here. It has a budger of around 44 crores and will be completed by the next year or so.
And there is also a new flyover that is coming up on thr Trichy Road. The work has already started. This will bring about a lot of development around this area and wil lalso decrease the traffic in this area.
Actually, one good thing i like to share is that they have good shopping centres very near to the road at a distance of not more than 1 or 2 kilometres. some good shopping complexes in this locality, i like to point out is the Vimala Daily Shopping Centre, RV Shoppee, True Value Shoppee, Style Freaks, Revathy Complex. There are also the outlets of the Big Bazaar, Mega Mart as well as Panasonic Showroom also here.
i think apart from these, you should also have good hospitals also nearby your locality so that you can go there in case of emergency situations and all. If you look at the situation of trichy road, it is blessed with hospitals and clinics, some well known hospitals like KG Hospital, Richmond Hospital, Masonic Children's Hospital, GEM Hospital, Ortho One Orthopaedic Speciality Centre, Coimbatore Child Trust Hospital and ESI Dispensary also nearby.
hey, when I enquired, i could get an increasing trend in the price of the property here. this is a good place to invest in. I came to know that the average rate now is around Rs. 4690 per sft. I think in the past few years, the price was less than even rs. 3000 for a square feet in apartments. the development of this part as a residential locality is the reason for the increase, i think.
Yeah, and there is no problem for transportation along this road, especially when you see that it is well connected by the NH-162. The connectivity facility is also enabled by some other factors like good bus stops and all, no? These are also present in this area like some of the popular bus stands here : Sungam bus stop, Olumbus bus stop, Sowri Palayam Pirivu bus stop, Vasantha Mill bus stop, Kamatchipuram bus stop etc.
Yeah, people are still finding it extremely to even walk on the streets especially in areas like R.K. Layout, Amman Koil Street, Vinayagar Koil Street, Parthasarathy Street, Shastri Street, Ganga Street, Dr. Bhabha Street. Basically, the drainage work that started in Venkitapuram and other areas of the neighbourhood has not been completed efficiently.
The problem is the bad roads in this locality. Last year, there was drainage work that had to happen in the area, so as a result a number of potholes and broken roads came to form. After the work was done, nobody cared about fixing these roads. That leak in the Siruvani pipeline further delayed the work. And as of now, the road is temporarily fixed with gravel but thats not much help.
Around the Race Course in Trichy Road, you have many ATMs and banks like Indian Overseas, Canara Bank, etc. There are many supermarkets also in and around Trichy Road. There’s an Organic Supermarket close to SInganallur trichy road. there’s a Spencers near race Course road.
Hey first of all TVH Vista Heights is very good option. So many amenities will be there inside the gated community itself. But anyways, Trichy Road is quickly catching up. Many residential projects coming in the area, so till TVH VIsta is ready it will probably have all kind of facilities and amenities.
Trichy road is pretty peaceful to stay. Also, there are no issues with public transport in the area, autos are also easily available, so connectivity is good. You don’t have to worry that you will be staying in a deserted place.
