I actually saw here http://www.commonfloor.com/serene-rose-coimbatore/povp-k9yqlp all the details of the project. but not able to know how the interiors are because some info is not out yet. but definitely you can start contacting the flat owners and tell them you are interested in renting an apt. if you want to buy also, i suggest you approach the developers soon and close the deal

many facilities are available in serene rose apartments like swimming pool, gym, health facilities, tennis court, and many indoor games. the apt project is even going to practice rain water harvesting and other such conservation strategies. seems like a nice place to live in :)

I don't think the apartments are that spacious though. the square feet size for 1, 2 and 3 bhk flats ranges between approximately 600 to 1500 square feet. and the sale price is anywhere between 23 lakhs to 60 lakhs. That seems a little steep

easily you can get an apartment here because the project has lot of bank approvals like HDFC, State Bank and ICICI. I think the price is also quite reasonable considering all the many facilities that you get for it. that way, this is a good project.

Hey you're right the project isn't finished yet and will only be complete sometime in 2016 around March. there are 1, 2, and 3 bhks available in this project and the price per square feet for all unit types is roughly 3500.

Hi this project is still under construction if I'm not wrong. the builders are from Covai Senior Care Constructions. They are quite reliable so I'm sure this apartment complex will also be very good. I hear that these apartments have many different kind of facilities and amenities. The price I'm not too sure of, but I believe it is below 60 lakhs.
