Q: Hey, is anyone aware of any water shortage problem in the Trichy Road area? Also what is the neighborhood like? I don’t like noisy places. One more thing, if someone has an idea of price trends in the locality, that would also help. Thanks people.
Well, Trichy Road the property prices have seen an increase only. The average right now is around 4,686 per sqft. It used to be 2,700 something 3-4 years back. Locality is developing, many schools, colleges, hospitals opening in and around the place. infrastructure is getting developed. So, you can expect it go higher in future.
Neighborhood is decent only man. I will be honest and say that it is not as good as say Avinashi Road and all, but it’s very accessible, so if you wanna go to nearby major areas, it’s not a problem, as it is well connected, and located around all major areas. I’m sorry I have no details about prices in the area.
True that. Also, you shouldn't face water problems during the non-summer months at all. Last summer, there was some problem around Coimbatore, but did not really affect Trichy Road so much. Even if you momentarily face any issue, enough water tanker suppliers are available in the area.
Trichy Road isn't noisy and crowded, not as of now at least. Most of the areas in Trichy road are very quiet, pretty peaceful. I mean especially if you are investing in the various gated community projects here, you don’t have to worry about noise.
