Thank you for all your responses! Yeah the Project was supposed to be completed by 2014. Looks like the project is still under construction and possessing won't happen until 2015, Eshaan!

Chetan, Thanks for your details on the overall locality overview, as you said it might pick up after 2015 Metro project since Silver Oak Property is 100 yards away from projected Metro Whitefield Rail Stop.

Is there any Forum or User group for Silver Oak Project, where the project updates, property rental details are discussed? may be it is better to create a Facebook Closed Group to improve the communication on this project.

Hi Mythreyi, The project is still under construction and the expected possession date is by 2015. Villas in this project are ready for possession... Any idea?
