Hello. This project is one of those high-class ones in Hyderabad. My brother is into real esate, so I can help you a little bit with this. I know for a fact that the built-up area for each apartment will be around 3300 to 3400 square feet. That’s a lot of space!

Hey there yaar! I know one of my close friends who went to the buildres office to look at the price, amenities and things like that. He found out that there are only 4 BHKs. So, if you are someone looking at smaller apartments, then maybe this is not for you.

A place in Vaishnavi Srimaan will not come cheap as you may already know. The property prices in Banjara Hills are sky high, and so is the case with the residential property you’re seeking. Be prepared to shell out anywhere between 2.8 to 3.2 crores for one unit.

So, if you don’t mind cost of living, you can surely consider this project. You will be nearby to the houses of some of the most powerful people in Hyderabad.
