Connectivity in Sanath Nagar is definitely not a problem. The NH 9 is literally the main road of Sanath Nagar. There’s also an MMTS station in this locality, making your life easier when it comes to long-distance, intra-city transport. The traffic, though, is quite hectic and traffic jams on the main road can get annoying at times.

Sanath Nagar is an area which is placed close to the major parts of Hyderabad. The property prices here, as expected, are not staggering. In fact, at a steady rate of nearly 4500 per square feet, the property prices in this locality have been quite stable since the past couple of years.

Ameerpet is quite close to Sanath Nagar, as is Begumpet and Moosapet. The posh areas of Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills are also located close by. There’s a lot of schools as well in this area.

Sanath Nagar is an area which was planned properly from the beginning. Before, it was only a residential area for officers to live in, but it’s grown massively to include other smaller areas like Subhash Nagar colony, Jayaprakash Nagar colony, and so on.
