@Ganesh, They are providing Completion certificate but Occupancy certificate is not there.

The company is well recognized for high quality standards and its commitment for on time deliveries. But there is hardly any information about the builder. Other then that there is hardly any information available over the internet.

Sarjapur area is good for investment purpose and you can expect appreciation in the future.
