Hi all,
i wanted to know the price comparative rating of investing in new Panvel as compared to Taloja in Navi-mumbai.What will be the reasonable rates for these areas?

Hi Ramesh,
The property rates in New Panvel range from Rs 4000 to 5200/sq-ft while in Taloja they vary from R.s 4200 - 5000/sq-ft. Prices have remained more or less stable in Taloja in the last one year while New Panvel has seen a rise of 16% in the property rate in the same period.
