Q: Dear PCMA Team ( Nikita/ Bhushan ),

With reference to above mail, Yesterday i.e 20th Nov. 16 we had visited at PCMA office Dombivali to sign undertaken for arrangement of Toilet and Bathroom in another bldg. Venezia C wing 6th floor, would like to thanks for the same. Bus same time unfortunately will have to say blind and care less approach by your side. Same undertaken signed with Tenant.

Because when our tenant had visited Venezia - C wing 6th floor in the evening found no light in Toilet and bathroom, Guiser is not working, Door of both Toilet and bathroom not closing properly and worst thing is entire flat is dusty and raw materials found. How famliy person ( with 2 kids ) can use Toilet and Bathroom. Already from 16th Nov. 2016 our existing Toilet had dug and till now no action of plan of work ( Toilet, Bathroom and Dry room ) is worked out.

Is this the way LODHA construction team working? Already found dabrage material ( Cement plasticcover, steel pipe rod ) had found below Toilet area...its totally cheating with customer. As per contractor to find our leakage entire area ( Toliet, Bathroom and Dryer room ) will have to rebuild but no action taken except room provision after 4 days.

When our problem will be resolved ?

Note : For refewrence, Kindly find pic of Venezia C wing 6th floor provision given which is in bad and pathetic condition. Mr. bhushan, Is this way arrangement provided ? Please work seriously otherwise people trust will vanish from LODHA Dombivali

Latest Answer: Same is happening with me they are not ready to refund the booking amount at all. I have booked a flat at casa uno dombivali. All though I have confirmed at the time of buying that 10 % will be forfeited and rest will be refunded the company is now not ready to refund the amount at all

It falls perfectly within your budget as well. Definitely looks like a viable option since it is affordable but also comes with the Mahindra brand assurance that there will be no compromise on quality of the project. Boisar is a part of newly carved out Palghar District. Boisar is fast developing into a residential hub due to its already developed physical & social infrastructure.

Some of the points are tricks played by agents, and some points are suggestions on what you should do when you meet a builder, broker, agent or sales executive who is showing you or explaining about a project. Always keep in mind when you are going for buying property :- 1) They create artificial scarcity and try to rush you, 2) Don't show the eagerness to buy, 3) do not do any booking only on the basis of the brochure, some presentation or looking at a sample flat, 4) don't feel shy about asking legal documents, 5) Say that you are seeing other nearby projects as well, 6) Dont be tempted with awesome deals and discounts, they are well designed, 7) Ask which all banks have approved the project, 8) Don't get over obsessed with the upcoming infrastructure.

Latest Answer: Hello Everyone, JP Infra have launched a new project in JP north near Western express highway(actually its under construction) in Mira road, They are offering 1BHK with 370 Sqft at 48-49 Lacs, Which is almost (9500 per Sqft), They are promising to have OC and to five give possession by 2023. We have visited the project its looks good and huge township but just wanted to confirm with people from previous experience that the builders are legit and whether it will be a good investment ?
