Q: Hello guys, soon planning to invest in an individual duplex villa in Thandagam Road. Want to just inquire with you guys about the locality. How are the basic amenities in the area? Are there enough schools, colleges, hospitals around. Want to stay in an area with good amenities.

The travel and connectivity is not an issue in this part of the town because of the Thadagam road there. The road has been widened recently also. See, you can get some spacious 2 bhks and all for rent in this area at a reasonable price, within 9000 rupees and 13000 rupees per month.

Hey, this area is quite a silent locality. There are some good hotels here. it is very close to thirumurugan nagar. this means you have good access to some good restaurants like Kovai's Biriyani Hotel, Vaikai, Donut cake shop etc. You'll also find some good hotels in Jayanthi nagar, Ramalingam colony areas as well.

Yea, apart from schools, there are other activity schools like dance institutions, music classes also in the area. Colleges I think there is a Government College of Technology is in the area. Not many colleges though, but schools, other activity institutions are many.

Agreed, and that too not just random schools, nice schools like the PSBB Millennium school, Benglen Public school, Radcliffe school. All very reputed institutions. And all these schools are very close to Thadagam road.

In my experience, you won’t find shortage of any facility in Thadagam road. It’s a very well equipped area with more than 10 schools within a 0-3 km radius. Many options are available.
