Hello! this is an awesome place to reside in without a doubt. With good amenities included, you couldn't have asked for a better place. An added advantage is that these apartments are earthquake resistant, thus increasing their demand. I would suggest that you go ahead and take an apartment here because there is a good demand for it. It's an excellent choice if you want to move in here with your family coz it provides a play area for the kids and the area is well guarded. If it suits your requirements then go for it. All the best.

Hey, Pranavah Le Royale is a good choice. It would cost you anywhere between Rs 40 L to Rs 57.28 L for 2 and 3 BHK apartments. It includes all the modern amenities so its worth the price. Pranavah Le Royale is the best residential area for families to reside in so you have nothing to worry about. Plus these apartments are really spacious and beautiful. Pranavah Le Royale will be ready for occupancy by Dec 2014 so if you want to avail it you can do so by the end of this year. Good luck buddy.

You will fall in love with this place one you see it. It includes a spacious parking space, gym, play area, and club house. Along with power and electricity supply it also provides round the clock security which makes this place even more desirable. I think you and your family will like this place.
