Hi, Casa Grande Eternia offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The 3 BHK apartments would approximately cost about Rs 86 L and the price for a 4 BHK would be about Rs 91.67L to Rs 1.20 Cr. These apartments are worth their price because they are spacious and provide the best amenities. So if you want to live here then you can do so anytime after December 2014. it is a nice place to move in with your family. It provides all the basic amentities and security so there is nothing to worry about. Good luck.

Hello, Casa Grande Eternia has well equipped apartments with one of the best amenities. It includes a garden, play area, swimming pool, club house, health facilities and recreational facilities. There is also unlimited power and water supply. Round the clock security also makes this place a good choice to live in. I'm sure you won't have any regrets staying here. Hey there, Casa Grande Eternia apartments in Kalapatti is still under construction and will be available for occupancy from December 2014 onwards.These apartments offer 3 BHK and 4 BHK spacious and beautiful apartments which you are sure to like. I'd suggest you take a look at the apartments to check if they suit your requirements. If this is what you've been looking for then great! You still have time to decide coz these apartments will be available by the end of the year. So good luck.
