In my point of view the Project is ideally Located at Sector 37C, Gurgoan. The most enviable and prestigious residential project in the Capital's neighborhood. It is a suburban Air-Condition Residential Apartment which offers 2/3 BHK , area ranging from 1300 sq-ft to 1745 sq-ft. Builder quoted price 4800/sq-ft. I t spreads across 22 ares. It is expected to be completed on December 2016.

Thanks Suroshree. But you are perhaps talking about ILD Grand and not Grand Centra. I had been to the site two months back.
