Plz Suggest : 2 bhk from KUL Nation vs IVY Botanica vs Nyati Elan vs Guardian hill Shire vs Rohan Abhilasha.
Q: Plz Suggest : 2 bhk from KUL Nation vs IVY Botanica vs Nyati Elan vs Guardian hill Shire vs Rohan Abhilasha. I am living outside pune and don't know exact locality nearby which can help me to decide in. Looking to purchase in this area as price is ~4000 psqft and all above are small townships and looks promising. All of above f these are coming in similar price range and i need to book a flat.
IVY : +ve : near to Nagar road, in township -ve : no dry balcony
Nyati : +ve : reputed builder. -ve: 2+ km from Nagar road highway. [ in prelaunch stage].
Rohan Abhilasha : +ve : reputed builder, good floor plan. -ve : far inside somewhere. & in prelaunch stage with almost all sold out [ what they told].
Can't figure out which one is best to pick and give good returns in 2016/2017 if i want to sell or on rent. Senior members please suggest as this is my first purchase and i don't want to stuck due to my wrong decision. Please help.
Came across one resale property Dheeraj Jade Residence wagholi on Nagar Road. 2bhk - 47 lks. Brochure looks good, location is a +ve. Can anyone one suggest how good this option is. Possession is in Mar15.

Hi, Construction Stopped at Kul Nation as per orders from Government because of water shortage in town. Construction stopped till further notice because of water shortage,and that is for all builders in Pune.
Kolte Patil IVY Botanica is a ready to move project but don't know if they have airport clearance yet - will have to find out. Water is through tankers vs Ivy Botanica which has a dedicated water line and water treatment plant.
I would suggest you to go for 2 BHK flat in Guardian Hill Shire, Wagholi, Pune as it is a good locality and no issues till now.
You will get the 2BHK in 914-981 sq-ft , @Rs. 33.81 lacs onward. An the date of possession will be December'2014.
