Jaypee Aman is a residential project by Jaypee Group in sector 151, Noida. Sector 151 is located in the lowermost part of the city and is marked to be developed into a high density residential neighborhood according to Noida Master Plan.The sector has poor connectivity as limited public transportation with very low frequency is available on this route. A metro line is proposed along the expressway which will be crucial in terms of connecting the place to city center, Delhi and Greater Noida.The project has received remarkable response since it has been completely sold out. Also Aman II, a continuation of the same project has been sold out too. So it would not be a bad idea to invest here. You can read a good review about this project that i also came across:

As per my knowledge, First you have to pay, Application money with application form , Then within 1 month from date of allotment- 95% of TSC less application money, Then On offer of possession of apartment- 5%, + 1yr club membership ship+ maintenance advance + IFMD.

Hi Mr raul,
As per my conversation with builder,I came to know, this project possession is December 2017. The construction work is on full swing. Basic work has been started recently. Currently in this prime location 1 BHK apartment rent will come around 5000/- to 7000/-. 1 BHK apartment , area ranging from 300 sq-ft to 800 sq-ft.

As per my knowledge this builder has completed nearly 23 projects in Greater Noida, Noida . Most of the projects are in these location. They are basically focusing on these two locations. They have 59 on going projects in Noida, Greater Noida & Agra.

As per my knowledge Jaypee Aman 3, the newest residential launch of Jaypee Greens is coming with 450 sq-ft & 650 sq-ft of 1 BHK. Builder quoted price 3092/sq-ft to 3258/sq-ft. The possession will be Jun 2017.
