Hey, if you are looking for an apartment here in Shwas Magic Lilly then go for it coz its truly a nice place to reside in. The cost is about Rs 32.36 L to 55.29 L for a 2 and a 3 BHK. It provides excellent amenities and is an ideal place if you want to move in here with your family. There is a kids play area here which the kids will definitely enjoy and you can be rest assured that this place is a safe one because there is security provided 24*7. So you need not have to worry on that front.All in all this would be a nice place to reside in.

Hello. The prices here are quite reasonable considering the benefits these apartments come with. Excellent amenities like swimming pool, badminton court, library are available here that sets it apart from the other apartments in Aluva. Moving into Shwas Magic Lilly would be a good choice. It also provides power back up which is a plus point. Shwas Magic Lilly is ready for occupany so you can go ahead and check it out. Im sure you will love this place. hope this will help. Hey there! the cost of Shwas Magic Lilly is approximately about Rs 32.36 L to Rs 40.17 L for a 2 BHK. A 3 BHK would approximatey cost you around Rs 55.29 L. Its really worth the price coz it includes facilities like garden, swimming pool, kids playarea, tennis court besides providing uninterrupted power and water supply. If you are looking to move in with your family then the place is good coz it provides round the clock security as well. Hope this answers your question.
