All basic amenities are being offered under this project. You will have the around the clock power back up, play area, health facilities as well intercom enabled security system. There are some recreation facilities provided here as well, along with broadband internet connection and a rainwater harvesting system

Yes and likewise the prices of all the different 2 bhk apartments will fall in the price bracket of Rs 46.68 lacs and Rs 50.24 lacs. Similarly, the price of the 3 bhk apartments in the Motif Grand is Rs 58.2 lacs.

Let me tell you something about the prices. All these apartments are priced at the standard Rs 4000 per square foot. So according to this price rate, the 1 bhk apartments will be priced at close to 25 lakh rupees approximately.

Yeah thats right. Even the 2 bhk apartments area available in the different area sizes varying between 1167 sq ft and 1256 sq ft. But if you are going for the 3 bhks in this project, then let me tell you that those come in just one built up area size - 1455 sq ft.

But despite that there are options. Among all the different bhks here, the 1 and 2 bhk apartments here are available in different area sizes each. In fact the 1 bhk apartments only come in 2 area sizes - 612 sq ft and 615 sq ft.

There arent that many apartment units in the building. Each floor has a 1 bhk, a 2 bhk and a 3 bhk apartment, so thats a total of 3 apartments per floor. So there is only around 33 apartments in the whole building in total.

This apartment project has a single building only, but there are a total of 11 floors in that building. The name of the project developers is Motif Builders and Developers pvt ltd, they are pretty well known in Kochi as they already have around 3 completed projects here in the city.

The project is being developed as a series of super luxury apartments, having 1 bhk, 2 bhk and 3 bhk units. It is located just 150 meters from the National Highway, towards Old Desom Road also known as Manapuram Road
