Q: Hey guys, have the price details for the Lakvinsar Royal apartments been announced yet? I’m interested in this apartment, as I was looking for something at Hannahalli. Any information you guys can give me on this?

Even I have been looking for apartments at Hannahalli. These apartments will turn out pretty good, I feel. The builders are the Lakvinsar Group, who I feel are pretty good property dealers here in Karnataka. The whole project area is around 8500 square feet, so you can figure out how huge its going to be. The 24 hour power backup is also another thing that got me interested. In a city like Mysore, where we have such regular powercuts, I think a reliable power backup system is always good.

Yeah, I also like this project a lot. It is totally a luxury apartments building. I think the number of apartments in the Lakvinsar Royal is 220. The buildings are surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden areas. What i found interesting about this project is that there are Wi-Fi hotspots within the complex. Now that’s something that you don’t see in every apartment project. There is even a temple, a post office a bank, a milk booth and a bus stand! I guess that’s what you call a real integrated township.

No, I’m sorry man, the price details haven’t been updated yet. I cant find it anywhere. I tried calling the builders, but still didn’t get any price info. I think they wont disclose the price details until someone is actually 100% interested in investing in the project. Or it could also be that its too early to divulge the price details, thats why they haven’t done it till now. Its a pretty interesting project. I think I’m gonna wait for the price details to come out before investing somewhere else.
