Actually this place is mostly popular for the number of Temples here. There is the Shri Samavasarana Jain Mandir here, then the Shri Kudure Jain Manasthamba. Oh and there are also replicas of those two temples - Shri Sammed Shikharji temple and the Shri Pavapuri Mahaveer Jain Temple.

As of now there arent that many residential projects here, except for the Lakvinsar Royal. These are all apartments, basically usual 2 or 3bhk units, and being developed by the Lakvinsar group. I think that once this project is completed, we might actually get to see some development in this place.

From a commercial point of view also, this place is pretty barren as of now. The nearest supermarket is in Elavala - the Discount World Supermarket, and to get there you have to go on the highway for quite a bit.

There arent any hospitals in Hannahalli. The nearest one is at Bilikere - the Bilikere Govt hospital. Otherwise you'll have to go down the state highway into the city of Mysore to find more healthcare options, like Supriya Hospital and the We Care Hospital.

The nearest school district also is on the highway road, near Nagawala. You can find institutes like the Ideal School, St joseph's Central School and the Acharya Vidya Kula Senior Assembly around here. There is also an Atomic energy Central School here in fact.

Yeah state run buses are there, he's right actually. But the official bus stops arent near the locality of Hannahalli. The nearest ones are on the state highway only, a few kilometres away from this place, like RMP bus station, the Chikkerowdana Kopplu bus stand, or even the Kallur village bus stop.

I think connectivity will be excellent from here. As we can see, the state highway 117 passes right through here. So the people who stay here can easily venture into the heart of the city via this road. Buses and all are obviously running

The place you're talking to, its actual name is Halladakallahalli. But people just started calling it Hannhalli instead. This place is towards the north western outskirts of the city. I think more the population of the city grows due to development and all, more these outskirts are being turned into habitable neighbourhoods.
