I would like to know that whether this project have NOC clearence ffrom Port Trust of Bengal?

Q: i have this question because there is a law which was passed recently that no construction is allowed near ganga. I visited this project which is very near to river hoogly? so I want to whether they have NOC from the Port Trust of Bengal.

Hi,
As per municipal bye-laws it is mandatory to seek prior approval from the concerned local body before the start of construction of any project within its jurisdiction. As the area of Ganga falls in green zone then it must have a NOC from the concerned authority.

But as you have not mentioned the project name and its locality i am unable to give you the exact answer.
