I am also looking to invest in a 2bhk flat by end of this year. The main reason is that the area is really good and safe for my family to reside in. While, everything seems to be in place, I am not sure of the bank approvals that this place is affliated with. Does anyone know about this?

Hi. I am a real estate expert and can tell you for a fact that Talawali Chanda is one of the upcoming and promising urban areas of Indore right now. Property seems to be appreciating at a good pace and there are a sprawl of projects that are under construction. Firstly, I would say is to keep your options open. There are many similiar projects like samarth shikharji dreamz in the vicinity and the best thing you could do is to check the approvals for the complex your are keen on. All the best!!!!

I have recently just booked a 3 bhk apartment in Samarth Shikharji Dreamz. The amenities they are promising look good and are going under construction. Posession will be available from June 2016 onwards and am excited to shift in. I also checked out 2 bhks first but they seemed a little small for what i was looking for. But it shiuld be perfect for your parents. There will be facility for lifts and security when it gets completed.

A 2bhk apartment starts at around 30 lacks i think....I'm not sure though, but one of my collegues was looking to buy a flat there for his parents as well. he mentioned that the complex had many facilities like swimming pool, gym, wifi and power backup. The are is coming up fas. There are many hospitals and a shopping areas around. I would definately say tthat you check this place out.
