Q: I am a first time investor. I need to know how is this sector. Is it improving like other sectors? i heard about Newtown Square project. I need some details about this too.

As per my conversation with builder executive I came to know that, this builder has approval for this project from Haryana Government Town & Country Planning Department. ICICI bank has approved this project..

Hi Vrinda, As per my knowledge down-payment plan by builder is like -At the time of booking :10% of BSP, Within 75 days of booking :85% +Development Charge+ Preferential Location Charges+Car Parking, On Offer Of Possession :5% Of BSP+IFMS+Stamp Duty+Registration Charges.
