Hi I have heard that banks are not giving any longs for flats on 10th floor and above

This project Antariksh Sanskriti is abnormally delayed. Possession was scheduled in June 2014, but still no hope. Builder has collected 90% payment in most cases. After raising structure for 6 towers, he has slowed work hardly 20_ 30 labour work, just to show work is going on. We as buyers feel cheated and frustrated.

Few towers flats will be delivered in 2nd half of year 2016. The project is delayed by almost 2 years.

The delivery of flats is delayed and present scenario is that some tower possession will be in 2nd half of year 2016

Few towers flats will be delivered in 2nd half of year 2016. The project is delayed by almost 2 years. You can negotiate rates. The builder rate is 5050/sft for flexi plan but you can negotiate by Rs 300-400/SFT.

As per my conversation with builder , I got to know, this project has approvals from major banks like HDFC Bank, DHFL, ICICI Bank, AXIS Bank, State Bank of India, IDBI Bank & ING Vyasya Bank.
