This project Antariksh Sanskriti is abnormally delayed. Possession was scheduled in June 2014, but still no hope. Builder has collected 90% payment in most cases. After raising structure for 6 towers, he has slowed work hardly 20_ 30 labour work, just to show work is going on. We as buyers feel cheated and frustrated.

Like Garden, Swimming pool, Play area,Paved Compound, Recreation Facilities, 24 Hrs power backup, 24 Hrs security, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting & Gym etc. Expected possession of this project is Dec 2015.

Hi All, As per my knowledge, this builder has completed & timely delivered 27 projects in major cities of India. Currently this builder is operating 15 projects in Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Haridwar & Jaipur. It is a reputed builder and promoter of housing societies, commercial buildings, Shopping Malls etc. in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and all over India.
Few towers flats will be delivered in 2nd half of year 2016. The project is delayed by almost 2 years. You can negotiate rates. The builder rate is 5050/sft for flexi plan but you can negotiate by Rs 300-400/SFT.
Hi Ankit, As per my conversation with builder , I got to know, this project has approvals from major banks like HDFC Bank, DHFL, ICICI Bank, AXIS Bank, State Bank of India, IDBI Bank & ING Vyasya Bank.
Hi Doel, As per my knowledge, At the time of Booking - 10% of BSP, Within 30 days of Booking- 85% of BSP, On offer of Possession - 5% of BSP + EDC&IDC+ IFMS.
