Hi I have heard that banks are not giving any longs for flats on 10th floor and above

Latest Answer: This project Antariksh Sanskriti is abnormally delayed. Possession was scheduled in June 2014, but still no hope. Builder has collected 90% payment in most cases. After raising structure for 6 towers, he has slowed work hardly 20_ 30 labour work, just to show work is going on. We as buyers feel cheated and frustrated.
