Gangothri Elegance is one of the ongoing project by Venki Builders and Developers. The expected completion date of the project is by end of this year (2014). The project offers 2 and 3 bedrooms apartment and the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2990.

Hi Pinki,

I am search property in Bangalore for last 3 month and I also go through this project. Venky Builders and Developers is c grade builder and this project is quite good for investment purpose in gottigere. overall price is good for investment .
