@Sajal, In next 5 years, the good project in MIG area particularly high gated communities will see at least 100% appreciation. Presently, there is decent supply in areas like Prince Anwar Shah Road and New Alipore in luxury segment. There is some supply in Alipore and Ballygunge also.The future prospect of Kolkata real estate market is good due to limited supply of land.
