As far as locality connectivity is concerned, Dum Dum offers a good network of rail and road transport to its residents. The NH 34 starts from Dalkhola and ends at Dum Dum Road which is one of the key routes to enter the city. In addition to this, Jessore Road and Dum Dum Road are the two major roads that connect this locality to other parts of Kolkata.

Dum Dum is a popular area in the city of Kolkata which falls under the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority. Dum Dum is located at a distance of approximately 10 kilometers from the city center and it also houses the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport. Other well-known localities around Dum Dum include Nager Bazar, Motijheel, Ghughu Danga, Private Road, Chatakal, Jawpur, Rajbari and Lal Bagan.

All the units of this project have been sold out. Better, talk to any broker of that area if there is any builder floor available for sale. Mostly it is seen that some flats have been booked by the investor for future appreciation.
