Hi, Better once visit the developer's office and discussed with them regarding possession and delay reason. This is the only way you will find out the truth otherwise if you depend on the reply of the people, i don't think they will provide you the information on time or the correct information. Because we can talk with them on phone only and not sure what exactly happening on the site.
Hi, The expected date of possession of Tirupati Balaji Arcade will be February'2017 as per the developer so, they have enough time in their hand. As all the necessary approvals are in hand so i don't think that they don't keep their commitment.
