As per my knowledge there are several reasons to invest on this project. LIke

Property Price on Golf Course Extn. Road varies from Rupees 8000 to 12500 psf. The entire vicinity projects has double the price of this project. Easy exit and high returns. Most of the project in the vicinity almost 80% Projects doesn't have 2 BHK Apartment. During analysis deficiency of 2 BHK is observed by the analyst around Sohna road and Golf Course Extension Road. Hence makes this project a very good investment option.Right on sohna road it is close to the most prestigious projects of gurgaon and at such low rates it true value for money for end users as well as investors.

In my point of view, This sector is well developed & prime residential location in Gurgaon. Here water is supplied by Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) & Electricity is provided by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN). This sector has all the basic amenities like school, college, banks & hospitals nearby. It's located very near to Sohna-Gurgaon road.

Educational point of view , Government SS School, Government Boys High School ,Shiksha Bharti Public School & MatriKiran Schoolare located near to this sector. Synergic Nursing Institutes, Kamrah Institute of Information Technology, KIIT College of Engineering & ISBM Gurgaon are surrounded to this location. Ekta Hospital, Upkar Hospital, Kamal Hospital, Shastri Hospital, Mittal Hospital, Shri Shyam Hospital &Govind Hospital are very very close to this sector, like walk-able distance from this sector. Gurgaon Gramin Bank, Badshapur Branch , State Bank of India ,ICICI Bank &Union Bank are very near to this sector.

You can enjoy maximum returns on investments in future as this project is located at great developing localities of the city.
As per source, in year 2009 this sector had price 2250/sq-ft .Which grown rapidly in year 2012 & 2013.After many ups & downs in market ,currently it touched price 6250/sq-ft .
