As far as its connectivity is concerned Wadgaon Sheri is located off the Mundhwa-Nagar Bypass and is a commercial and residential hub of Pune. It is located close to the proposed DP Road. Other major roads connecting this locality to other parts of Pune are Kharadi Bypass, Anand Park, New Airport Road Samrat Ashok Road, Wadgaon Sheri Main Road, Kalyani Road, Mundhwa Road, and Somnath Nagar Road. Pune Railway Station is located 6.5 kilometres from the project site. It touches the major areas like touch areas like Lohegaon, Senapati Bapat Road, Chandan Nagar, Kothrud and Vishrantwadi.

It is expected that the possession date will be February'2017 and almost all the leading financial institutions have approved this project. Booking amount will be 20% of the agreement value and the rest of the amount in easy EMI.
