Q: Hey guys. I'm thinking about investing in property in Quthbullapur. Still don't know too much about it but I've heard it has good potential. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about Quthbullapur as a locality. Is it well developed? Can facilities like hospitals, schools, public transport and so on be obtained within the locality itself?
Hey Quthbullapur is still a developing area and I'd say that the rate of investment is average. Quthbullapur bus stop is the main bus stop here. There are schools such as Unique High School and St Martins School. Hopspitals such as UMCC and Healthy Mothers Hospital. Water supply comes from HMWS and electricity supply comes from APSEB.
Sha Shine multiplex is there if want to watch cinemas. This locality is fast developing. MEtro rail construction work is also set to begin here quite soon.
Vennalagadda cheruvu is a lake very close to Quthbullapur. But i find that for recreation and all there is barely anything here. No green parks to take walks in. But there are quite a few religious entities here like Venkateshwara temple, st george orthodox syrian church and pappayath nagar masjid.
If you take the Jeedimethal road then you can reach Hyderabad in an hour. Hyd is about 18 km from here. Lot of bus services are there in Quthbullapur. Every 9 minutes there is a bus to Hyderabad.
This locality also has good connectivity to other parts of the city. Quthbullapur has access to Asian Highway 43 also known as Medchal road. Then there is also Jeedimethal road which connects to HMT road that passes through Quthbullapur.
2 very good multispecialty hospitals are there in Quthbullapur namely Med Plus and Swaroopa hospital. Quthbullapur seems to be gaining prominence real estate wise because infra facilities are rapidly increasing in this region.
Many educatonal institutions are there in this locality. Some of them are Siva vidya niketan high school, st moses high school, kidzee preschool, anthony high school, ICFAI Tech, RSK school, Rainbow Model school and narayana junior college. Because of this reason you will find that many families are taking up homes in this locality.
Hey there. Quthbullapur is part of Greater Hyderabad and it is quite huge. It has all sorts of intersections and is subdivided into sublocalities like Gandhi nagar, Bajpayee nagar, Ganesh nagar, Mahendra nagar, and Vennalagada. Investing here is definitely a good option.
