New IT hubs in Bapulapadu and Nuzvid?

Q: Hey can someone please tell me what plans the chief minister has for Hyd? Appaarently he is thinking about recreating Hitech city in 2 new locations of the city? This will positively affect real estate won't it?

Oh yeah the development of this project will definitely boost the economy and real estate of both cities. Overall, the state would benefit because there will be large scale development of this area.

The plans are actually grander for the town of Nuzvid. When the project is completed the CM expects to see 10,000 acre IT corridor that is fully developed extending across both the two cities and close to the new capital. Hopefully this will happen in the near future.

What the CM wants to do is not only make it an IT hub but also instill an array of entertainment and commercial establishments. He plans to do the same in Nuzvid which is a small town loacted between Vijaywada and Guntur.

Biggest advantage of a new IT hub in Bapulapadu is that it is super close to the airport. Because of this there will definitely be an influx of residential and commercial projects in this area and this locality will have a massive real estate boom!

Hello. Yes this is corrct. CM has decided to develop new IT centre in Bapulapadu over property of 2000 acres next to Gunnavarm airport.

Becuase of the split in the state, the chief minister has realised that Telanganna has the success of Hitech city for an IT hub but Seemanadra has only Vijaywada and Guntur and these regions aren''t very well developed. That's why there is talk that Bapulapadu and Nazvid are going to become next 2 IT hubs.
