In my point of view, Sector -51 is a decent locality with good environment. It is a developed area, rate of investment is high. Water is supplied to this sector by Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) & Electricity is provided by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN).The Sector -51 has become most widely connected center of New Gurgaon. It is least polluted sector in Gurgaon.

How much I know about this location , I must say ,it is an emerging destination for those who want to stay close to Delhi. Property in Gurgaon is expensive and due to this high demand the apartments are selling rapidly. It is a peaceful, pollution free & hazel free traffic area. It is surrounded by other sectors like Sector-46, Sector-52, Sector-57, Sector -47 & 50.

As per my knowledge, this sector has no connectivity issue. It is well connected to other parts of the city. Educational point of view this sector has Manav Rachna International School, Lotus valley International School ,Presidium School Gurgaon &Garima Public School surrounded it. Artemis Hospital , Max Hospital ,Sethi Hospital & Jain Hospital are surrounded to this sector.

Connectivity point of view, Iffco Chowk Metro Station ,Huda City Centre Metro Station & Sikanderpur Metro Station are providing better connectivity to this sector. Nearest bus stop is SS Plaza Bus Stop , which helps in inter city connectivity. Apart from this Altis Estates Bus Stop ,Hospital Bus Stop & South City 2 Bus Stop are also helps this sector to connect other parts of the city. In year 2009 , this sector had price 3500/ sq-ft which showed improvement in year 2012 & 2013. After many economical ups & downs ,currently this sector touched 8650/ sq-ft. There has been some increase in property prices since year 2011.
