HyderNagar gaining recognition as residential hub?
Q: Can anyone tell me more about the locality HyderNagar? I've been hearing that it is upcoming with lot of infra and development projects. Do you think it is advisable to invest in property here?
And even though demand is not that high in this locality, developers are still constructing lot of apartment projects because they know that this area has a lot of scope. A few years from now, this locality would be buzzing with life and property prices would have appreciated to a large extent.
Hey Mumbai highway is only 1.5 km from Hydernagar. Hi tech city is 6 km away and Gachibowli is 11 km away from Hydernagar. So it is strategically located because it is close to all these important places.
I would advise you to only go in for long term investment if you want to invest in Hyder nagar. Because as of right now, the property market is quite stable. And there are no new notewrothy development projects happening currently. But still there is lot of demand for property here so I'm sure there's lot of potential for growth and development.
Hydernagar is a prime residential locality having good social infrastructure like schools, colleges, markets, hospitals and entertainment centres. Famous university of Jawarhalal Nehru Technological University is also very close by to hyder nagar.
Hydernagar has very well connected and well developed road network. Roads in this region are Mumbai highway, NH 9 and Outer Ring Road. This gives good connectivity to other parts of the city.
I feel even public transportation facilities have come up very well in this locality. There are 2 MMTS stations near here namely Hyder nagar station and Hafeezpet station. Apart from that buses, autos and taxis are also very common here.
Capital values for Hydernagar range between Rs 51 lakh to 1 crore or more. Some of the already existing projects here include SMR Vinay Fountainhead, Janapriya Lakefront, Suchirs Odyssey , Aliens HUB, Rock Cliff, Fortune City, RNS Dream Homes and Avalon Courts among others.
Yes Hydernagar was bound to come up a popular residential area as it is surrounded by residential hubs of Kukattapally, Miyapur and Nizampet Village. Good connectivity and social infrastructure facilities of Hydernagar are also making this locality very popular.
