samriddhi realty homes pvt Ltd owned by Dinesh Gupta is a big fraud and threatening customers for canceling property. even Dinesh Gupta has been found guilty in gst theft and same has been under investigation from Directorate General CBIC.never book any property from Samriddhi Realty Homes as this is a big fraud and Dinesh Gupta is most arrogant and fraud person

According to me, current price of this project is around 3645/sq-ft as per CLP plan. And 3945/sq-ft as per Special payment plan. There will be 20/- decrease as per floor increase.

All the replies except Ankit are from either advertizers or from dealers .... not trustable. How can we trust on this builder, I googled and find out 3 developers with the name either Samridhi or Samriddhi or Samruddhi .... its very confusing.

As per my conversation with builder executive ,In Down Payment plan- First At the time of Booking - 10%, Then Within 30 Days- 85% +100% Car Parking + 100% PLC + 100% of any other charges if applicable , At last At the time of Possession- 5%. Service tax as applicable - That is according to Government of India.
