What kind of development happening in Tumkur Road? How is the connectivity from Tumkur road to other parts of the city ?

If you are planning for investment I would suggest you to go for long term investments are expected to yield better returns in future.

A lot of developments is happening in the region for the past one to two years. Recent developments in the locality such as the Jindal plant and Jindal Nature Care Institute and the new cricket stadium, which is now under construction along the Tumkur Road would be completed within the next two years. Also 3,000 acre land has been markesd as Peenya Industrial Area here which would in turn lead to increased demand for housing. This area is in close proximity to companies such as Wipro Technologies and The Himalaya Drug Company.
