The project comes under neelmangala planning authority, is it npa approved..?Tell us about the Nandhini group of builders who have launched this project.? Its said all the cheques payment executed for sale shud favour Prasad farm developers pvt ltd . want to get clear knowledge about this property before booking...

Plot Area ranges from 1200 sqft to 5100 sqft and the villa built up area ranges from 1313 sqft to 2131 sqft. The project is well located it is 45 mins from MG Road, 15 mins from NICE Road, 30 mins drive from Orion Mall, 20 mins from Bangalore International Exhibition Centre and 2 kms from royal International School.
