As per my knowledge, this project is having very simple down payment plan. Like:-
On booking- 10 lac,
In 45 days - Complete 15% - Booking Amount,
At time of Launch- 10%,
Rest Construction Linked Installments.

This project has total 19 floors with 900 units in 40 acres of land. Due to project is in pre launch state, possession will be 36 months from date of commencement of construction.
