Q: Hi, I am planning to buy builder floor (single unit) in Sainik colony, I wanted to know whether these floors are valid and as per govt. norms. Builder & dealer says that all the necessary approvals are there like completion certificate, approved maps etc, bank is approving & providing loan here. From where we can verify the status of Society. What is the dispute between Sainik colony society & electricity board (Haryana). Whether buying a home (Builder Home) will be safe in Sainik colony, Faridabad?
Hi Mr Bhagava, As per my knowledge, Sainik colony ,Faridabad is decent location with good residential environment. It is one of the developed sector in Faridabad. This area has all basic amenities like school, college, hospital & banks nearby. It is located very close to Gurgaon-Faridabad road.
In my point of view, in future this locality would be a posh area as the developments are continuously increasing. This area is very useful for those who are working in Gurgaon. Water is supplied to this sector by Municipal Corporation Faridabad & Electricity is provided by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) .
Hi All, In year 2010, this sector had average residential price around 2060/sq-ft. Then in year 2012 & 2013 ,there was price increment . Currently in year 2014 ,the price touched 4051/sq-ft. Definitely it is a good idea to buy property here. As far as I know ,in future investors will get good returns. It is an ideal location for families to settle down & also offers better connectivity to other sectors.
Hi , In my point of view, it is a peaceful, pollution free & hazel free traffic area. Sainik-Colony is very demanding in the terms of appreciation and facility. This place is very nearer to Gurgaon and at the same time this is accessible to Noida. This is the main reason that Sainik-Colony is getting too much attention these days in property market. Situated in Faridabad -Gurgaon Highway.
@ Mr Bhargava, From connectivity point of view, nearest bus stand is Faridabad Bus stop & nearest Railway station is Faridabad railway station . Saket Metro Station is 15km from this sector. It is an emerging destination for those who want to stay close to Delhi. it has now developed into an attractive destination for end-users.
Hi, As per my knowledge, when you will talk with builder regarding the project, then definitely builder will show you completion certificate, banks providing loans & other necessary approvals. If there will be any kind of approval problem then builder can't show you the papers. It will be easy to provide information if I will know which project basically you are looking for !!!
