Do nice things to your property that will attract buyers. Maybe provide furniture and turn it into a furnished apartment? Lot of working people want that these days instead of empty apartments.

Yes that's right. Buyers will be able to quote the price if there is an over supply of properties and less demand for it. Be weary about that!

The thing right now is, I don't know how viable the Hyd real estate market is. We need to see if market forces of demand and supply equate. If not, then price negotiations are possible. If supply of property is greater than demand for it, then it becomes a buyers market, and buyers have the upper hand.

Pretty much everyone in Hyderabad now wants to get property next to the metro. If they could afford property in a location that had a metro station they would, but since they can't afford such places even being nearby is okay with them. So if you're property is anywhere around a metro station, you're in luck!

Most home buyers I know care mostly about whether civic faciltiies are there in the locality like water and electricity supply, sewage disposal and all that.

Yeah but there are those who also like to invest in property but not for end use. They don't mind higher budgets between 40 to 60 lakh. Most of these buyers are older, maybe 30 to 39 years.

Hey. Most home buyers in Hyderabad are in the age group between 25 to 35 years old and looking for 2 bhk apartments. Most of them are employees in IT companies.

That's true. More than half of Hyd is interested in this price range. Good thing is there is lots of supply of low budget properties in Hyd especially in north and east hyderabad.
