Mysore small industries - effect on real estate

Q: Ive heard that a lot of small industries are coming up in Mysore? I would like to know more about this actually, because Im thinking about relocating from my current city. I was considering Mysore, Ive even looked at a couple of residnetial projects there. Im thinking what kind of investment shsould I make?

Yes, thats right, those are the clusters, and of these, the printing cluster is already in an advanced stage of conceptualisation while Mysore is already recognised as a hub for electronic manufacturing and hardware and the cluster will evolve around it.

So basically the five industrial clusters identified for Mysore include the printing cluster, general engineering cluster, packaging cluster, textile cluster and Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) cluster.

Yes there are about 25000 small-scale industries in Mysore right now, and even more are coming up. Once these upcoming industries take off, Mysore realty market will be in high demand. Now is the time to invest in it if you wanna reap those benefits.

Well currently mysore has only about 100 medium and large companies, the rest is all small scale industries. But more are on the way, so yeah, I defintiely think that mysore has a lot of real estate potential.
