How much is the booking amount and can anyone share the payment plan here?

Booking amount is Rs 2 lakhs and the payment schedule in this project is given below
20% Payable at the time of Entering into Sale Agreement (Including Booking Amount)
20% on Commencement of Work
10% on Completion of Foundation

10% on Completion of Ground Level Roofing
10% on Completion of First Level Roofing
10% on Completion of Second Level Roofing
10% on Completion of Plastering work (Internal & External)
7% on Completion of Flooring, Plumbing, & Electrical Works.
3% Before Possession.

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3200 for east facing and Rs 3150 for West Facing. The project is known to be approved by BMRDA and banks like LIC, HDFC, Axis, ICICI and PNB. The project will get completed by 2015 November.

Hey Pratap, the size you have mentioned here is it the super built up areas. How much is the undivided share of land? Did they increase the price?

Yes it is the super built up area. The undivided share ranges from 1923 sqft to 2161 sqft. Now the price of the villas falls in the bracket of Rs 1.04 crores to Rs 1.10 crores.

Yeah I have seen the advertisement about the project in some news paper. The project offers only 4 bhk row villas and the project is located at Sarjapur Road, 9 kms from Wipro Head Quarter. Even I am try to fetch information about the project. Will update u whenever I get any details about the same.
