It is surrounded by Pune Taluka and Pimpri-Chinchwad Taluka towards its North, Velhe Taluka towards its West and Purandar Taluka towards the East. Pimpri-Chinchwad, Sasvad, Talegaon Dabhade are the well known cities that are found close to this suburb.
