Hello Sir,
Dhayari offers smooth connectivity to other locations through the Katraj-Dehu Bypass and Mumbai-Pune Bypass Road. Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad are the nearby towns connected to Dhayari via road. Dhayari-Hadapsar Gadital corridor is proposed which is expected to improve the existing connectivity in the region. Bus Transport is a popular means to commute with BRT Buses plying from Swargate to Dhayari. There is no railway station near to Dhayari in less than 10 km range.

Due to its proximity to National Highway, residential properties in Dhayari are very much in demand. A number of luxury residential housing projects have commenced lately as a many people are moving to Dyayari due to its close proximity with Pune. Sayantara offers a great investment opportunity particularly for those families who are looking for a sound property to invest with long term benefits.

Hello Deepti,
Dhayari is a suburb of Pune, situated near Katraj-Dehu Road Bypass, about 12 kms away from main city Pune. It was a small village with its economy was largely based on Agriculture but now it has grown diversely to become a stirring suburb. It is surrounded by Pune Taluka and Pimpri-Chinchwad Taluka towards its North, Velhe Taluka towards its West and Purandar Taluka towards the East. Pimpri-Chinchwad, Sasvad, Talegaon Dabhade are the well known cities that are found close to this suburb.

There are number of schools located in and around Dhayari like Swanand Prathmik Vidyalaya - Swanand Balak Mandir, Global Star, Marathi English Primary School etc. Yashwant and Sinhagad Specialty Hospital are some of the hospitals located here that offer good healthcare services to its residents.

The average residential property rate in the locality is Rs. 4650/sq-ft.

DSK Sayantara, at Sinhagad road, Dhayari, Pune offers fully developed bungalow plots from 2500-5000 sq-ft. It is a fully developed bungalow plots enclave within DSK Vishwa, a 130 acre community with 214 bungalow plots. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 2500/sq-ft.

Some of the basic amenities are plantation within plots, Telephone line up to the plot, beautiful landscaping in common areas, Contemporary and elegant street lights, Block -paved / Concrete finished roads along with digging-free feature, Water supply with meter, Electric supply with meter etc.

Expected date of possession will be December'2014.
