8000 residential units are currently in the process of construction in the Mysore road belt, and most probably will be completed by 2017. Price values here are quite affordabel, about Rs 2,800-4,750 per sqft.

Also consider investing in Rajarajeshwarinagar. There is a tech park here and lot of good social infra facilities. Many IT professionals live here and property values are appreciating.

If you're thinking about investing, then markets of Kengeri, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Banashankari and Mysore Road will give you maximum returns. But even upcoming localities like Uttarahalli Road, Kumbalgod and Bidadi hold a lot of promise for investment because lot of infra projects are developing in these areas.

The Sirsi Circle flyover that extends upto Nayandahalli and the metro that passes through Kengeri in Phase II, covering Nayandahalli, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore University Cross, RV College of Engineering and Kengeri, will help ease the traffic flow on Mysore road.

Hey there. When the ORR project was finally completed, residential demand for property here rose. Commercial developments were very few compared to the residential projects in this belt. But now even commercial activities are increasing on either side of the road.

Hey right now the software tech park has around 3.20 million square feet of operational IT space. And by the end of 2014, when the 2nd phase is completed, this space will increase to 5.21 million square feet. So lot of scope is there for industrial activities on Mysore road.

Hey most of the commercial activities in Mysore road are in the form of major manufacturing and engineering companies. For example there is a software tech park in Mylasandra, which is the most prominent commercial development on this road.

Mysore road runs through the south western part of Mysore and offers brilliant connectivity for Mysore. And connectivity has drastically improved with the metro line and the widening of the Sirsi Circle flyover.
