Hyderabad considered best place to live in India?

Q: Hey I've heard that the CM has assured potential investors from Singapore about Hyderabad having a 'plug and play' environment? What does this mean exactly? What sort of new real estate laws have been brought about in this city and why is it considered to be the most liveable city in India?

Yes and people like that, and want to get good returns while not putting in too much capital resources to begin with. Hyderabad is the perfect place for that.

The real estate markets of Chennai, Bombay and Delhi are still considered to be much better off than Hyderabad. But the city's market is picking up at a very fast pace. Hyderabad is known to have affordable property.

Hyderabad is going to become the go to place for industrial investments I feel. So many teh parks around. Apart from gachibowli and hitech city, the peripheral areas of Hyd also have seen a lot of commercial activity of late.

Really? That's great! Some of the changes I heard about were that the administrative force in Hyd is going to become a lot more efficient. The property rates are really going to rise and I think that's the aim. Investing in Hyd is going to become completely hassle free.

The split of Andhra has come as a blessing in disguise for Hyderabad real estate. Investors are drawn to invest here as for some reason, after the split, proprty rates in Vijaywada and Guntur have skyrocketed, but not in a good way.

I think The CM really wants to adopt some of the way things are done in Singapore. The way investment is something that happens naturally because the environment is extremely viable for it. Also he wants to imitate the high level security of Singapore.

Yes the CM along with high quality government personnel met with the police force of Singapore to discuss their security methods. There is to be an extensive closed circuit television camera network in Hyd to monitor traffic.

The city f Hyderabad is fast expanding. the current population of 1.2 crore is expected to rise to 20 crore within the next 5 years. And the new master plan is drawing people to invest here. People are looking forward to now investing in smart city concepts.

The main reason for this is that the CM wants to bring in fresh foreign investments into Hyderabad. He's trying to create an environment that is investment friendly, in the sense that there would be least hassles related to industrial land zoning policy.

The CM has stated that most industries are to be set up 100 km from the main city of Hyderabad. Also all irrigation projects in the city would keep 10% water aside for the sole purpose of industrial use. This motivated investors to invest in tech parks and what not.

Hyderabad has a new master plan that is sure to boost investment. The CM has plans of making this city the most 'liveable' city in India by providing incentive and laws that entice investors to invest here rather than in other states.

Yes sometime in mid August, the chief minister had assured singapore investors that Hyderabad has a plug and play environment for investment. This basically means that all the investment proposals were going to be fast tracked through an elaborate and automatic approval system. :)
