One last question,
When is the delivery date of this project and how is the project connectivity to the rest of the Delhi/NCR?

Well Madhu,
It is expected that the date of delivery will be July'2015.
This project enjoys good connectivity being strategically located in close proximity to South Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. The basic surrounding facilities are amicable to leading a comfortable life. For example a number of reputed schools and hospitals are located at a walking distance of 10-15 mins. The project is also adjacent to several malls and upcoming commercial sector of Faridabad.

Which local body has approved this project and what are the location advantages of this project? Is the price mentioned by the developer is reasonable? What is the current residential properties rate are going on in the localities?

Elysia in Sec-82 is a HUDA approved project and all the approvals are in place. Current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4100-4300/sq-ft.

Location Advantages:- This project is opposite of BPTP Park Grandeura, adjacent to Puri Pranayam, direct 6 lane Expressway Road from Badarpur Boarder, direct 6- lane connectivity with NH-2, proposed Metro Station just 3.5 kms, hospitals - 5 kms., Indira Gandhi International Airport - 40 kms., Faridabad Railway Station - 6 kms., few reputed schools - 2 kms., City Center - 3 kms. etc.

I heard that they are charging extra amount for the location wise. Can you explain what are other additional charges? How much they are charging for covered car parking?

Yaah,
Some of these additional charges are park facing - 100/sq-ft, 1st floor - 5% of the BSP, 2nd floor - 4% of the BSP, car parking covered - 4 lacs, interest free maintenance security - Rs. 50/sq-ft, development charges - Rs.470/sq-ft., club membership - 3 lacs, EEC & FFC - Rs. 150/sq-ft. and power back up (minimum 6KVA - 37500/KVA)
