They have all ready given the possession of Ph-1 and waiting for the occupancy certificate for Ph-2, once they will get the OC will handover the ph-2 possession.

HDFC, PNB, SBI are the leading financial institutions offering housing loan for this project.

All the statutory approvals are in place as HUDA has approved this project. The booking amount will be Rs. 7.5% of the agreement value.

Other additional charges: Green or Club facing apartment - 100/sq-ft, ground floor - 5% of the BSP, !st floor - 4% of the BSP and 2nd floor - 3% of the BSP, Car Parking (Basement 2 bay) - 7 lacs, power backup (min-2KVA) -37500/KVA, EEC & FFC - Rs. 100/sq-ft, EDC & IDC - 432/sq-ft.

Imperial Estate by SPR Buildtech Ltd. strategically located at sec-82, Faridabad offers 3/4 BHK residential apartments. 3BHK in 2040 sq-ft and 2137 sq-ft.The current price is Rs. 5000/sq-ft. It is a G+18 story apartment consists 6 towers.

They are charging Rs. 50/sq-ft as a Maintenance charges and Rs. 75000 as a club membership.

This project has reached its completion stage and possession has been granted to Ph-1 residents. Nearly 50 families have moved in already. Several more have taken possession. For phase-2 legal process is on its final stage and awaiting for the occupancy certificate. Possession will be offered as soon as occupancy certificate is acquired from the concerned authority.
